DAVID BATHROOM AND KITCHEN RENOVATIONS

Existing wraparound porch was enclosed, and structure modified to allow removal of original exterior walls and increase living space by 500 sq. ft. (+/-). Existing 60’s era bathroom and kitchen were demolished and new electrical, plumbing, HVAC and lighting were added. Marble and porcelain plank tile flooring was installed throughout new areas and existing first floor. Semi-custom cabinetry was installed including a double appliance garage extended off the counter into an existing alcove. Granite counters were templated, fabricated and installed. Bathroom had a jetted tub with a rainfall shower installed as well as double vessel sinks. Marble and glass wall tile were installed in both areas.
