Plumbing HVAC Case Study

Challenges:

Client had renovations done to basement area several years before Coopersburg Plumbing became involved in the project. The access to the HVAC system was difficult because of these previous renovations. A new complete HVAC system had to be installed in the same area.

Solutions:

Coopersburg Plumbing solved the client’s request by removing walls to provide access to replace the old HVAC unit with a new 13 SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) unit. The refrigerant lines also had to be replaced because of the new EPA requirements for environmentally safe refrigerant. Upon installation of unit, all walls were replaced to original condition.

Results:

Client was very pleased to see the HVAC system installed and walls returned to normal. By taking the extra step in restoring and painting the walls the project was completed successfully and with minimum inconvenience to the homeowner.
